The flat in the free demo is a sample design concept for one typical mid-rise 2BHK (lighter modern). It shows the kind of visualisation we make. It is not a measured survey of a customer’s home and not a structural drawing. A paid project uses the plans you send. See also the privacy page.
Poly Haven (CC0)
Third-party textures, HDRIs, and the bedside side table are CC0 (public domain) from Poly Haven. Attribution is not legally required. Authors are listed anyway.
Shipped summaries:
- Asset licence note — interior textures, HDRI, and the side-table model.
- Interior source list — the same items with authors and Poly Haven links (Interior Tiles, Anti Skid Tiles, Silver Oak Veneer, Rough Linen, Plastered Wall, Small Empty Room 1, Side Table 01). Albedo maps are recoloured to this project’s palette. The pale granite counter is generated in this project, not a Poly Haven scan.
Most furniture in the interior (sofa, beds, kitchen, wardrobes, and so on) is built in code to this plan. It is not a Poly Haven model. Only the light-oak side table is a Poly Haven mesh (James Ray Cock), re-skinned to the project laminate.
Exterior textures and skies
Façade textures and pure-sky HDRIs in the exterior demo are also CC0 from Poly Haven (or generated here, in the case of the fluted-panel normal map). They are tinted in the app. The full author table lives with the project notes in docs/exterior/ASSET_CREDITS.md (plaster, stone, brick, wood, pavers, grass, asphalt, and the Qwantani / Kloofendal skies, among others). The same Poly Haven licence applies: polyhaven.com/license.
What we made
The sample floor plan, room layout, budget sheet inside the demo, and façade concepts are original work for this example. Figures shown inside the demo are not a quotation for your home. A project quote is given after we see your plans.
